2. Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and, where applicable, include GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Product descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Actual products may vary slightly from images due to manufacturing differences or screen display. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for delivery timeframes and costs. Products are shipped directly from our supplier partners and delivery times may vary.
5. Returns and refunds
See our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furrago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Furrago and may not be used without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
